1. Parties

These terms are a contract between you and FACE Financial Inc. (“we”, “us”) for purchases of FACE Membership made on this website. Payment on behalf of Face Memberships LLC through FACE Financial Inc. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

2. The subscription

FACE Membership “Full” costs $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year and gives Dalia by chat and live voice, Live Translate and every New Face World service. The rights are the same for both billing periods. It is a digital service provided in your FACE account; nothing is shipped.

3. Ordering

You start a purchase from the plan screen of New Face World while signed in. The country in your FACE profile must be served by this checkout. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms the payment, and access is switched on at that moment. Arriving on the return page after payment does not by itself confirm a purchase.

4. Billing and renewal

You are charged at the start of each period. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price until you cancel. We tell you about a price change in advance, and you can cancel before it applies. If a renewal payment fails you have 3 days to pay and keep access meanwhile; if it is not paid, the subscription ends.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in the subscription section of your New Face World profile or by writing to us. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by the cancellation and refund policy.

6. Country of purchase

Whether you can buy depends on the country in your FACE profile. If your card was issued in a country where purchases are not available, the payment is refunded automatically and the subscription is not activated.

7. Use of the service

Use the service lawfully and keep access to your account secure. Use of New Face World is also governed by the platform's own rules.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to that purchase; we give notice in advance of material changes affecting existing subscriptions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the merchant's jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in your local courts.
