Who is responsible

The controller of the data processed for payments on this website is FACE Financial Inc.. You can reach us through the contact page.

What we process

• your New Face World user identifier, the e-mail address of your FACE account and the country in your profile;
• the plan you choose, subscription status, payment and renewal dates;
• Stripe customer, subscription, order and payment references, the card's issuing country (as reported by the provider), refund and dispute records;
• technical request logs (IP address, time, error codes) for security and to investigate faults.

We never receive your card number or CVC: they are entered only on Stripe's payment page.

Why, and on what basis

• contract: to take the payment and switch your access on;
• legal obligations: accounting and tax records, fraud prevention;
• legitimate interests: security of the service, preventing abuse, applying country sales restrictions.

Who receives it

• Stripe, to process the payment, under its own privacy policy;
• New Face World and FACE AI services, to switch your plan on or off;
• the FACE group companies that provide FACE Membership, to the extent needed for the service;
• hosting and infrastructure providers, to host and secure the service;
• public authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Payment and accounting records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires; technical logs no longer than security needs.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. The payment sheet keeps your FACE session token only in the page's memory — never in a URL or a cookie. The provider's payment page may use its own cookies under its own policy.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing — subject to the records we must keep for payments. Write to us from your account e-mail; never send card numbers or passwords. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority of your EEA country.

Children

Purchases on this website are not intended for children.
